Going back to kernel 4.13 because I now have a Panda WiFi USB ~ $ inxi -S I keep step-by-step notes for everything I do: It claims it installed, but the PC did not reboot.

I just received a new Panda USB WiFi adapter for Linux, and reinstalled 4.13 with the Update Manager. I have had some issues with loosing WiFi when I installed 4.13, so I removed 4.13 and went back to 4.10
